Shipping Policy for Sticky Pet Supplies Store

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take up to 7 to 10 business days. You will be notified if there is any significant delay affecting your order.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states as well as P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and generally arrive within 10 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to blyw2828@outlook.com. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days, please reach out to us.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order is selected based on the package size, destination, and shipping speed, unless you select a specific option at checkout.
6. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We cannot take responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately at blyw2828@outlook.com, and we will try our best to update the address before it ships.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking status shows as delivered but you cannot find the package, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. Sticky Pet Supplies Store is not liable for packages that are stolen after a confirmed delivery. We suggest filing a claim directly with the carrier in these cases.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please keep all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours, including clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for you promptly.
8. Return Shipping
If an item arrives incorrect or defective because of an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, such as change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please see our full Return and Refund Policy for more details.
